The function of the SPOLU Thermal Buffet is to keep the food served in its vats hot while on display. It has vats made of 201 stainless steel, tank, lids and external frame in 430 stainless steel and a tubular support structure. Its armored resistance is made of stainless steel and controlled by a thermostat with a scale of 30ºC to 120ºC.

It has a pilot light on its panel indicating the thermostat's on/off function. To facilitate movement and displacement, the tubular structure is equipped with swivel casters.
